Our studies and publications excite wide interest. They deal with current issues and deliver the right answers.
IKAO’s 2013 “Incomprehensibility Report”, for instance, rated 55 financial service providers with regard to their text quality. After reviewing a total of 825 text and story lines from TV commercials, ads, brochures, customer magazines, mailings, websites, and customer correspondence, we came to the conclusion that there is a lot of room for improvement in the industry. We are planning another study for 2018.
In 2013 and 2014, IKAO focused on the growing outdoor advertising segment and provided baseline studies regarding OOH and DOOH design quality. This study is also due for a follow-up by 2018 at the latest.
